WAY the heck too early!!! And unless you are over 35, you do have some time to give mother nature a chance. Once you have a child, you'll need to learn to be more patient (2 year olds take an hour to walk down the block, because they have to look at every rock -- and show it to you)

You could do ovulation predictor tests to see if you are ovulating and to help time intercourse

The hot srings could have cooked some sperm, but that shouldn't have affected numbers that soon -- you are just being way too impatient. At age 30, there is a 15% chance of getting pregnant in any given month. >

My suggestion for right now -- chill out. In the early 30s, the average couple takes about 6 months to conceive. You'll drive yourself and everyone around you nuts -- and you may interfere with conception -- if you're already stressing after only one months of trying!
