I'm not a big fan of BBTs -- too many things that can throw them off,
unless you're one of those lucky peole who sleeps like a log -- I
recommend ovulation predictor kits instead. Wiht 45 -48 day cycles it
is unlikely you are ovulating -- at least not consistently
