Need advice on treatment for dysplasia

I am 20 years old and I have been diagnosed with severe dysplasia. Intially, my doctor thought it was moderate with"high grade cells". Then when he actually looked at my cervix he said it was probably severe and did a biopsy. He wanted to perform cyrotherapy to remove the cells but I have done research which tells me that cryotherapy has a high failure rate especially for moderate to severe dysplasia. I would like to know if laser surgery would be more approriate. Also, how long does it take the cervix to heal from cyrotherapy and laser treaments and when can sexual activity be resumed after each?
