I just wanted to let you know ..I am not a Dr.But I did have the same problem about 6 months ago..I went to my Dr and she wanted me to start recording everytime I orgasmed and felt the pain.I felt it every time. it lasted about 3 months...I didn't orgasm for a couple of weeks and the pain totally disappeared..Definately see your Dr if you haven't already....But I am thinking maybe I strained something...and it took that long to heal up..
