conversion from mcg's to mg's - need help?

Am going to switch from Loestrin birth control pills for HRT to Estinyl
which is just straight Ethynil Estradiol minus the progestin....question
is what would be a comparitive dose, my pill currently has 10-20mcg of
Estradiol in it (I take 1/2 one day a whole the next) so Estinyl comes
in .02mg, .03mg or .5mg what would I take to match the dosing, thanks
