I am 28 and have been having frequent bouts of urinary tract infections (UTI) & honeymoon cystitis. One of my Drs. told me that douching wasn't good for me--but another (Urologist) told me that I need to find a bottle and just use warm water before & after intercourse to help with symptoms. I also take a generic for Bactrim--when I remember--before & after. Where can I find (been to several stores) such a douche bottle to use repeatedly instead of buying??
