You should immediately contact a Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician and go in for a discussion regarding the possible effects and what can be done to identifiy them, if you have any thought of continuing the pregnancy. If not then you should seek out an abortion provider. Accutane is a Pregnancy Class X drug. This means it haws been shown to cause birth defects. These include many different types of problems with the brain and head. I am unable to find out what percent of exposed fetuses get these problems, but I think it is pretty high. RDB
