The results can range from minimal changes to severe changes of the cervix. The Pap smear and what your doc said afer the colpo should give you a pretty good idea as to what is going on. The Pap smears tend to be relatively accurate, so if it showed only slight changes, chances are that's all it is. If it was showing dysplasia, that may be what comes back. If it were really serious, I would guess your doc may have had you come in as soon as the results came back, so try not to get too worried.
