Do you think I have PCOS? What are your thoughts=) Thanks in advance Not overweight (5'6 120lbs.), no excess hair, full head of hair, not insulin resistant. However, I do have polycystic ovaries, always had irregular periods and one time I did have a LH/FSH ratio of 3.1. However a second blood test showed a LH/FSH ratio of 1.1. I'm 28 yrs old=) What else could be causing the above symptons if its not PCOS? Thanks again!!!!
