This is unfortuntely oneof the posts that is impossible to answer. The
causes are so varied and a thorough exam and extensive blood tests may
need to be done to make the diagnosis. It goes from anemia to thyroid
irregularities to depression and psychological effects of the borderline
ovarian tumor.
FWIW, the chance of the ovarian tumor causing this problem is about
zero.
