Luteal Phase defect & progesteroneFrom: Shari (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sun, 24 Sep 2000 01:17:02 -0500 (CDT)
I am 38 years old & have 1 daughter,2yrs old. I had one miscarriage before her at 22 wks. & two this past year both before 12 wks. I was diagnosed by endometrial biopsy to have a luteal phase defect & was put on oral progesterone 3 times a day starting with day 14. My cycles are & have always been very regular every 28 days. I have had one FSH done on day 3 that was 10. What are my chances of becoming pregnant & will the progesterone actually help to carry a pregnancy if I do become pregnant?
