You should not be afraid to go to the GYN. They have seen and heard everything. If this is something you are concerned about, then you owe it to yourself to have it checked out.

It doesn't matter if they are male or female MD's. There are just as many excellent female OBGYN's/other MD's as there are bad, and the same goes for male's. This is a discussion that has taken place on the forum many times....so, please check the archives.
