Gidge,

I had one treatment of DMSO, and my mother had many when it was still considered experimental in the early to mid 80's (mine was last year), and the Drs. were the one's to do the instillations. I've not heard of anyone that has had DMSO treatments, do them without the help of a physician. The DMSO is not done all the time either. The medication will hopefully help you and you won't have the discomfort you are having now.
