Scared--Have Dr.'s appt. on Monday

As I have posted previously, I had a borderline tumor removed in June from my left ovary, and everything was okay. Well, within the past month, I have had extreme fatigue, headaches, and a bit of dizziness. I feel like this every minute of every day, from sun-up to sun-down. I feel kind of like I am drunk, although I have not had a "drink" in months. I am on no medication, but I do take vitamins daily.

I have an appointment with my Gyn on Monday, and I am afraid that I will get awful news, like I have cancer eating up my whole body or I have some disease that is incurable and it is only a matter of time.

Last night, my husband and I went to dinner with a business associate of his and his wife, both of whom I have never met. I felt like an idiot. I was so tired, and when they would talk to me, I was so out of it, I could't even follow their story. What they must think!

At what point should I go to the emergency room? I do not want to act like a hypochondriac, but I don't know if I can stand myself over the weekend. At least if I go to the E.R., they can do blood tests to see if I am anemic. Also, my neck if very sensitive to the touch.

Can anyone shed some light? I am going crazy, pondering all of the possibilities!

Thank you, LES
