Fatigue--Hormonal imbalance???

From: Laurel (anonymous@obgyn.net)

As I have said in previous posts, I had a borderline tumor removed from my left ovary in June. All was well, until this past month. I have had fatigue like you cannot imagine. I have been almost falling asleep at work, taking naps which I have never done before, and feel vaguely dizzy. I don't know if the dizziness is from the fatigue or what.

Due to my ever-so-lovely HMO, I could not get an appointment with my GP for three weeks, but I did make an appointment with my GYN for Monday. I am afraid that he is going to think I am a hypochondriac and I don't even know if he is who I need to see. Is he going to think I am an idiot for going to him, in case this is a heart problem or some other disease? Or, could it be hormonal or from my surgery??

BTW, I don't think I am pregnant, as I got a full-fledged period right on schedule last week.

Any advise??

Thanks! Laurel
