You might want to give the Dr. a call. Maybe your cervix is irritated from something other than the sex.

Well, if it is still going on, make an appt. with the MD and let him/her check it out.

Good to hear you are getting your Pap Smears done. I just had a long talk with my best friend about her NOT going for the last two years for a check up!

As I said, make an appt. with the MD, and while there, this would be a good time to discuss birth control options, since you are not trying to get pregnant. Checking for ovulation, etc., is not the most reliable method of birth control.

If you are concerned, talk with the MD again. If you feel like s/he is brushing you off, then go for another opinion.
