First, I agree with the Premarin. Second, It is pretty unusual for you to have sooo many cysts of ovarian origin after removal of both your ovaries. There is a fairly common occurence called ovarian remnant syndrome, but this should be remedied with a follow-up surgery and no problems after. I have never heard of somebody having a problem for than once from this. It concerns me that you physician cannot seem to get all of your ovarian tissue. I would be inclined to seek a second opinion and I would seek it from somebody who is very qualified in gynecologic surgery... Lynn
