Always triphasic for pregnancy?

Hello,

I have 2 quick questions:

I'm wondering if temps always become triphasic when you're pregnant...is it possible to be pregnant and have BBTs remain at one post-ovulatory level?

Also, is it normal to have a discharge (white, sticky) during early pregnancy (I'm talking 2-3 weeks after ovulation). If so, how does one distinguish this from pre-menstrual discharge?

Thanks for your help.
