>>THANKS Dr. Marchbein for the info, I woke this morning and have some burning returning even though I am still on the two antibiotics...worse thing is they were unable to identify the bacteria because by the time they did a culture I was already on the antibiotics...I am also 7mths post op from TAH/BSO...there is no chance that I might have a hole (cystocele?) and that's what is causing the burning?

A hole is a fistula, a cystocele is a "dropped bladder". Your urologist should have been able to comment on both of these points. If it wasn't mentioned, I'm presuming neither of them were there.

Once you're off antibiotics for 2 days, I'd recommend a urine culture for full evaluation.
