post bladder suspension- for the medical providersFrom: Anne (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 19 Sep 2000 20:29:00 -0500 (CDT)
Hi and thank you for your reply, My aunt had a burch suspension (for bowel, bladder and vaginal prolapse-abdominal approach- and they inserted mesh) last Thurs. They sent her home Sun. She had the foley removed in the hospital, was able to pass some urine, but not enough - they reinserted the foley and she goes back to the Dr. Fri. Is it unusual to go home with a Foley?-Is it usual to have problems passing urine? Anne
