Could this be an effect of the pill? (I've recently changed brands, but I think that I experience this most months, even before changing pills) I also have some slight cramping up to about ten days before my period starts. I'm worried that I could be ovulating. Which makes me wonder, if a person becomes pregnant while on the pill, does she normally continue to have periods during the placebo week of pills?
