Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: abnormal menstuation" Reply: William F. von Almen, II, MD, FACOG: "Re: Ovaries (to Dr. Almen)" About 5 months ago I had a abortion, ever scence then I have been bleeding twice as much I ever did before the abortion, but this is the 4th. time in a row that I have had such a heavy period, I can go through a super plus absorbency tapon every 10 to 20 minuts,in the 2nd and 3rd day of my cycle I have also been having 1/2 dollar sized clots for about 5 days into my period. I was wondering if this is just normal menstuation for a girl that is 18? or if the doctor that I went to could possibly had done something wrong?
