I am on my peeriod, and after my workout yesterday, I found a large (about the length of my finger) mussel-like piece of tissue in my underwear. Needless to say, I am very frightened and also a little worried. I have been on ortho tricyclen since june, and have been on birth-control on and off for about five years. I have also been experiencing crying jags over the past week or so. I've had no symptoms of pregnancy, although I did miss my pills for a week about a month and a half ago.
