Jennifer, Do you know if your doctor said that the cyst on the right ovary appeared to be endometriosis. The pain you describe sounds like ovulatory pain, but it has certainly changed character over the past months. If the cyst on your right ovary was indeed endo, it could explain the cyclic discomfort. One consideration would be to go back on the pills. This will prevent ovulation and thus suppress the pain from this source. At the same time, the pill should suppress any ovarian cyst. If the cyst on the right isn't suppressed by the pills, then it is likely an endometrioma and a possible source of pain... Lynn
