Cervititis and Pregnancy

At the time I found out I was pregnant I also found out that I had mild dysplasia...No, treatment was done nor was a biopsy...I am now 33 weeks pregnant and had to have an internal exam where they noticed it looked liked cervititis (including some bleeding)...I was put on antibiotics...my question is this...

If the antibiotics do not clear the situation up...how serious is this...does this mean that the mild dysplasia has progressed to cervical cancer? Will I have to deliver the baby early? What is the next step if it doesn't clear up?
