Debbie, Pelvic congestion essentially amounts to varicose veins within the pelvis. This can be associated with pain. Not responsible for weight gain, can slowly get worse, not responsible for fatigue and can cause legs to hurt-primarily because if there is pelvic congestion, there is often some venous insufficiency in the lower extremities also...
