Thank you Dr. Montgomery for your reply. I am concerned that a "recurrent pregnancy loss" work up has not even been broached by this time. I requested information and labs done during preconception planning, but nothing was done. I am currently planning to see a new physician in Rapid City, SD that I hope will offer new approaches and ideas as to what we can do. I have a healthy 13 y/o,(I had him when I was 15 y/o). But my husband, of ten years, and I have not been able to carry a pregnancy to term. I was just very suprised to know that I had two fertilized eggs implant but were blighted again. My progesterone level at 6 weeks was 11. To my knowledge my thyroid is WNL, but I am not sure what other labs or tests should be looked into. I have a hx of endosalpingosis and I think endometriosis. But as I said before, after laparoscopy and flushing of the tubes my cycles became regular for the first time in my life and the PMS and cramping symptoms decreased. I know that I have always had polycystic ovaries the right more than the left. Other than that I have no other dx or hx such as diabetes or gynocological abnormalities. Thank you again.
