After that, one begins to suspect there is a problem that either requires a diagnosis or some form of treatment. After two loses, most physicians will recommend a work-up for "recurrent pregnancy loss". This entails a variety of tests that are individualized to the person seeking help. Unfortunately this testing does not result in finding an answer in some, but it is certainly indicated after five losses... Lynn
