I would have to disagree with this opinion. HRT is too important for most women to limit their access for such a small reason. If the ablation will control women who are not yet menopausal, then it will continue to work for the relatively much smaller estrogen levels of HRT. You will need to take progesterone as well as estrogen, but there is no reason whatsoever that an ablation precludes you from using HRT.
