If this is a duplicate, I apologize. I had never heard of this, nor had my partners, but a little research suggests that this is a test (antihuman globin) that provides some information on isoimmunization disorders, conditions where the mother begins to make antibodies that attack some feature of the baby's blood. This is a problem that ranges from the generally benign to the frankly lethal, with all different degrees in between. Obviously, this is a very serious concern.
