My Dermatologist has mentioned this as a side effect and has sked me if I am experiencing it (thankfully no--or perhaps not yet!!) I have used carmex on all of my dry and cracking skin elsewhere but would not use it in senitive areas!!! If I were you I would call my dermatologist and ask what he/she recommends. Good Luck!
