I have very dry skin (to be expected) and have been given cream for patches of excema by my derm. My question for you, embarrassing as it may be, is this: I have been experiencing dryness on my external genitalia (vulvar area) and around my anus as well. I actually have small cracks in the creases where my skin naturally folds. I was wondering if there is anything I can put on the skin there to relieve the discomfort?
