Hi J...

If you have developed chest tightness, that deserves being evaluated by your Primary Dr. It may not be related the the OCP, but you need to find out.

Your Dr. is correct that it will take a little time for your body to adjust to the OCP's. It takes a few cycles, but it should straighten out.
