Thank you for your reply, Dr. Shanahan.

I wanted to note that I actually have been in counseling, which my therapist and I felt were no longer needed. We specifically talked about (among other things) my frustrations with the sex issue, and he felt that it was a physical problem, not emotional. I'm a fairly emotionally healthy person.

To have my testosterone level checked, can have that done at my regular doctor's office or should that go through my gyn? And to pinpoint the problems, I really feel that they started when my doctor put me on all these different hormone treatments, like high dose bcp, danazol, ect. I don't even know what my natural hormonal state is anymore.

Again, thank you for replying. You and the other doctors are doing a wonderful service.
