It is different for every MD. I usually start with a diet low in carbs, no carbonation or breads. You may also want to talk to your MD about boric acid suppositories. THis is used twice a day for 2-4 weeks then once a day 2-3 times a week. It is good for recurrent yeast. Hope this helps.
