Progesterone in Oil injections, taper? URGENT

Hi. This cycle my doc put me on Lupron, Repronex, HCG for ovulation, and then progesterone in oil IM after IUI.

She said that if I became pregnant she would continue the progesterone for another month. Well, the HPT is positive, I am 17 days past IUI, 19 days past the HCG injection.

I have run out of the progesterone in Oil, and have not been able to contact my doc to get a refill of the prescription. She won't be back till Tuesday (three days from now). What should I do? Take some suppositories tomorrow and day after?

Please help. I have left messages all over for my doc, but I just want to have a backup plan. I have about 1 dose for tonight, and then I have about 20 suppositories.

Will I lose the baby if I stop the progesterone abruptly?
