What a coincidence. Just read an article about this today. Sleep
experts feel that insomnia is more likely associated with stress, poor
nutrition and other external factors rather than hormonal. that being
said, I have seen minor hormonal variations cause this problem as well.
You need to get your thyroid checked out. If your thyroid is normal and
your cycles are normal, it's not hormonal.
