In general, I recommend that peole not worry about ovulation, unless there has been a problem. I usually say just do what comes naturally and if no pregnancy in 12 months, see your Gynecologist for advice and an evaluation of why. If 100 NORMAL couples use no contraception for 6 months 50% will achieve a pregnancy. For 12 months 85% will and for 24 months 95% will.
