Daniel Braun, MD: "Re: IUD" I have been taking the Pill for two years now. Although the results have been good, I've thinking on getting an IUD . I am in a single partner relationship, so , considering that I am not planning to have children for quite some time -I am 23 years -old- IUD seemed to be a very comfortable option. I am also hoping to lose some of the typical pill weight and puffiness. Would there be a notorious difference among types of IuD? would the plastic "hormone charged" type tend to make you gain wait? would the hormone free copper typre will affect less body weight? thank you Sara Next message: R.
