Sounds like too many antibiotics to me. It is normal to have bacteria in the vagina. If I don't see bacteria on the smear from the vagina, something is wrong. The only place in the body that has more bacteria than the vagina is the mouth. The rectum has less. Being on Lupron would shut off estrogen and predispose to atrophic vaginitis(best treated with estrogen). Then when antibiotics are given, they can kill off the normal bacteria. It sometimes takes a while for the normal ones to return.
