What do all these measurements and findings mean?

Hi I have a rather confusing question to ask. I just had an U/S done today to determine if any on my uterus remained following a supracervical hysterectomy. Well I was told that I do have some uterus left and that the measurements are as follows: 3cm in thickness, 3.6cm in length, and 4.1cm in width. What does this mean? How much is left? And also the U/S tech showed me where my right ovary begins and then showed me as she followed my tube down how it still has a direct connection with my uterus. Is this possible? I asked her if I could get pregnant still, but she wouldn't really answer me. Is pregnancy possible? What can be done about this? And is this something to be concerned about? I went for the U/S by myself and I was not asked to get one by my doc. This was just for my own knowledge to know how much is left in me. Can anyone tell me if I should alert my doc to this? The reason why I had this checked is because I was getting regular periods after the hyst so my doc said that there must be uterine tissue left but he never determined how much. And now I haven't had a period in 2 months so I thought maybe there isn't any uterine tissue left at all. So what should I do if anything? Should I be concerned and what do all the measurements mean. Thanks for any help!!
