Dear Dr. Braun, Hi there, I have written you a few times now. I am going NUTS over here and really need your help!

Okay, for the last 6 months I've had a lite green/yellow mucousy d/c - I had Strep B and was treated with ampicillin. Last week I saw a new OBGYN, he ran cultures - everything was negative, even the Strep was gone.

But...he looked under the microscope and said he saw major bacteria - he wasnt sure what kind of bacteria - the culture did not show any bacteria at all, just allot of yeast. But I do not itch or have the s/s of yeast.

I am currently taking flagyl and still have the green d/c - I called and told him and he said lets try cleocin now x 5 days - I was on cleocin in july and it didnt help.

What could be going on inside me ? It all started when I was on Zoladex to treat endo - the low estrogen state started this vaginal infection and it hasn't gotten better. I am now on Loestrin 1/30 continuesly to suppress my endo.

Should I use the cleocin cream? I thought Flagyl was really powerful stuff...if that isint working why would the cleocin ??!!

Ive been on ampicillin, clindomycin, erythromycin, flagyl, keflex, amino-cerv and trimo-san (both creams gave me painful vaginal spasms and a burning feeling)

I dont know what to do! Im wondering if I could have a cyst inside or something else going on too ?? Is there any other tests I should be requesting ??

Please reply.
