Aly, It may be that your bartholin's is developing an abscess. It this occurs, it can be extremely painful, causing the symptoms your describe. If this is the case, you can attempt to treat it by sitz baths (soaking in a hot tub). If this does not do the trick, it may have to be drained. I would notify your health care provider of the broader range of symptoms so that they can advise you... Lynn
