It this occurs, it can be extremely painful, causing the symptoms your describe. If this is the case, you can attempt to treat it by sitz baths (soaking in a hot tub). If this does not do the trick, it may have to be drained. I would notify your health care provider of the broader range of symptoms so that they can advise you... Lynn
