Hi Anita,
I forgot to add that not being able to find the ovary on Ultrasound is
not uncommon. I have had this happen several times, and was told this
is okay. Now, if they can't find your uterus and you know it is there,
then you have a problem ;o) (I say that because when I had an Ultrasound
done a few years back, they couldn't find the uterus....I was joking and
asked about having an APB put out for it, my aunt told me she would post
to message boards to be on the look out. I told the Dr. that if he
happened to see a uterus, tubes and ovaries walking down the street,
pick them up because they are mine!....the machine was broken, so that
is why this happened!!!! Being a lay person, I was a bit nervous until
the Ultrasound at the hospital was done!).
