Female Impotence

Is there any information available on post menopausal women who have no libido now nor have they had one in almost 20 years (currently 59)? I have taken replacement hormones for almost 10 years (currently premarin (.3) and progesterone). I have recently gone on synthroid (50mcg) and DHEA (20mg). I also take fosamax (10mg) and a variety of vitamins and minerals. Do these medications have an accumulated effect of inhibiting sexual arousal? My husband has been patient over the years but he feels cheated because I get nothing from the sex and don't initiate activity. Please help.
