There will be some scarring of the cervix after this procedure, and it is possible that this is causing some of this painful sensation. I am just guessing, and it is probably not noticeable during your exam. If this is what it is, it should improve over time as you stretch this area out. The other possibility is that you may have a vaginal infection. Since you have not had a period since the procedure, call your MD and relate all the problems to him. Good Luck
