It sounds to me that adhesions may be the problem I am not a Dr. but do have experience in both adhesions and endometriosis, It doesn't matter that you had your ovaries out as long as you are taking a HRT it is allowing the endometriosis to still be alive! Did your Dr. remove all the endo at the time of your last surgery ?
