SEMEN allergy or acidity??

I've been married and sexually active for 2 months, and have continued to have extreme reactions to intercourse. Each time we have natural sex,a PAINFUL burning and itching sensation occurs for hours afterward. However, everything is perfectly normal when we use a condom - thus, I have concluded that I am having some kind of reaction to my husband's semen. No other symptoms indicate a vaginal infection. It could be the pH of his semen (too acidic) or I could be allergic. Will I be able to have a semen analysis done at a gynecological office??( and if not - Where??) What treatments are available for allergies and/or semen acidity? THis is an uncommon and rarely discussed issue, so I welcome any advice. We're ready for a solution!! Thanks, Natalie
