Nicole, The uterus cramps with orgasm or even with sexual activity. It is not unusual for this to happen on occasion and I have often had this history offered to me. The uterine cramping can also explain some spotting. I would keep an eye on it. I have found that in patients where is becomes a problem with every act of intercourse, that having them take Aleve or Advil prior to the act lessens the severity of the cramping... Lynn
