My pain with urination is when it starts to end I got this sharp stabbing pain and it hurts. Also, I have very small bladder, he said that all my bladder would hold was 450cc. So that is a sign too. Have you seen a Urologist? They could help you get lots of answers. I know that its a hard disease to diagnose and I don't know what the cause is, but there are several theories. Have you had surgery lately? My Urologist said that its possible previous surgeries are a factor, but I am not sure. I hope that this helps you and good luck!! Stacey
